A private retreat aboard

S/Y Carolina

A four day
journey.

Ten minds Three days of conversation at sea Four nights ashore By invitation

§ 01 · The Retreat

This October, a small cohort of extraordinary individuals will navigate the Turkish coast and Greek archipelago aboard S/Y Carolina with Narath Carlile — an ivy-league physician/entrepreneur who has devoted his career to the three currents of a flourishing, high-performance life: the existential, the structural, and the tactical. The passage is unhurried by design. Three days of open-water discourse. Four nights ashore at five-star hotels. A Saturday return to Göcek. Narath will facilitate, challenge, and unlock — connecting dots, exploring potential, and opening possibilities that most people never make time to explore. You'll leave with renewed clarity, ideas for action, and an opportunity to continue your work privately with Dr. Carlile for the following three months.

Dr. Narath Carlile

Retreat leader

Narath CarlileMD · MPH · FAMIA

Physician, trained at Dartmouth and Harvard. Worked with Clayton Christensen at his startups. Founder of MakeTimeFlow — a framework for what he calls deep success: a flourishing life that holds up across decades, relationships, and legacy.

The retreat is the most concentrated form of his practice — a year of work, compressed into four days at sea.

§ 02 · The Setting

S/Y Carolina by day. Luxury hotels by night. The Turkish Riviera and the Greek islands in between.

§ The Boat

By day, the room where you think.

A three-day experience aboard S/Y Carolina, a two-masted gulet completely refurbished for unhurried cruising, with chef-prepared meals. The conversation unfolds at the long teak table on the aft deck — under the canvas awning with the Aegean expanding behind.

§ The Hotel

By night, ashore — five stars, your own room.

You don't sleep on the boat. Each evening she puts in at a small port and the cohort goes ashore to luxury accommodations — long dinners under the vines, a quiet suite of your own, the kind of retreat you'd want at the end of a transformative day.

§ The Route

Drawn by hand.

From Göcek the route loops west across to the Greek islands — then returns home along the Lycian coast. Saturday morning the boat returns to the turquoise Türkiyesh riviera and the village of Göcek with its gulets, fig trees, and water that changes color by the hour.
